… which means that at 2am tomorrow, Sunday 29th October 2023 we move from British Summer Time (BST) to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Of course you don’t have to change your clocks at 2am, you can do it earlier, or later, or not at all, some things will change automatically, and some (clocks in cars!) seem to be a dark art and remain on BST or GMT all year around!
And we know that it can be confusing but for many of us the clock change in the autumn means an extra hour in bed, lovely.
